Online Service?

The procedure of using your account is very simple to use. You can view balance information and your account’s history in real time. You can add funds and the funds will be deducted from your account when you place an order. For your convenience we have also included a ‘Video Tutorial’ section to guide you step by step on using our online system.
You can also keep an eye on our best exchange rates and any promotional features as they come along. Furthermore, you can see when your beneficiaries have received the funds, log enquiries with us and view responses to your enquiries in real time, print your transaction receipt for any official use and there is no need to wait on the phone to talk to someone.

Membership Requirements and Acceptable Valid IDs:

1. Anyone of these as a proof of primary ID: Copy of your Valid Passport, Valid National Photo ID Card, Valid photo UK driving license (photo card + paper counterpart).

2. Any ONE of these as a secondary ID: Gas Bill, Electricity Bill, Landline telephone Bill, Bank Statement dated from the last three months. (NO mobile phone bill or credit card statement).

3. A charge of £5 applies as a first deposit to activate the account as a minimum balance. This charge is refundable upon the closure of your account with AN Express. All payments must be done electronically via your online banking/telephone banking or credit/debit card including the initial deposit of £5. Please use your membership/reference number as a reference when you make the payment.


We primarily prefer to see the original documents at the Head Office premises whereby we will make copies and store them or the original attested copies can be posted to our head office address, in the case that this is not feasible, you can scan the documents and upload them when you submit the application at https://www.an2money.com/member_signup_form.php 
You must sign the copy of AN Express Membership Terms and Conditions along with the printed version of the Online Application form and send them with all the above documents by post.
Payment accepted by Online/Telephone Banking only. Once you transfer the funds to our account, and for any reason you may wish to cancel it and want we to transfer the funds back to your account, you will then have to pay a 1% charge of the amount to cover the bank charges and all other administrative costs.
